How exactly does one flirt with their food? Start with the basics of mindful eating (sitting down to eat, taking your time, and savoring each bite without distractions).
Then add in some sensuality. Fill the plate with your favorite flavors, colors, and textures. Pair it with a great playlist and nice flatware. Or: enjoy perfect silence and use your hands. Or: have someone read you poetry and feed you. Whatever brings you joy. You do you.
Lastly, sprinkle your meal with my favorite seasoning of all – delicious delicious compliments. Aloud or to yourself, acknowledge all the wonderful things about your meal. Food craves our approval. This seasoning also works wonders for the digestive system.
